Color
Dark intense red, with purple hues.
Aroma
Complex, with interlaced notes of ripe fruit and dried fruits. Oak contact provides notes of coffee, coconut, tobacco, cinnamon, smoke, and toast.
Palate
Entry with great volume and structure, often silky, with soft, round, or velvety tannins. The palate is complex and balanced, with a long and persistent finish where fruity flavors combine with oak notes.

Harvest
Careful manual harvest in 400kg bins during the second half of March.
Winemaking
Traditional in stainless steel tanks, pH correction with tartaric acid and inoculation with selected yeasts. Delestage is performed at the beginning of alcoholic fermentation, which takes place at 24-27°C for 8 to 10 days. Pneumatic pressing followed by natural malolactic fermentation. Process ends with clarification rackings and filtration.
