Color

Ruby red with bright and lively garnet notes.

Aroma

Predominant aromas of red fruit jams and spices, combined with notes of vanilla, coffee, and chocolate from barrel aging.

Palate

Complex, with ripe and balanced tannins. Very good structure and a long finish.

Harvest

Manual harvest in 400kg bins, second half of March.

Winemaking

Traditional in stainless steel tanks, pre-fermentative maceration for 24 hours to extract aromas. Alcoholic fermentation for 8 to 10 days at 24/28 ºC. Pneumatic pressing and natural malolactic fermentation, followed by clarification and filtration.
